WHO YOU ARE
- Motivated with a positive, self-starter attitude
- Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Highly detailed and well organized
- Able to work remotely via Slack and Zoom
- Able to work US time zone (roughly 9-3 EST)
- Offer some experience with content or social media marketing
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Managing all customer interactions via email, phone or social media
- Launch our influencer marketing program
- Monitor the health of all merchant accounts
- Assisting with various projects as needed
- Pays $10-$15/hour depending on experience plus bonuses
- Schedule flexibility & remote work environment
